Originally found in 1982 on the riverbank at Hellesdon Norwich and recorded with Norfolk Museum services, Medieval steelyard weight (2lb) circa 13th century, 3 heraldic devices - Double headed eagle for Richard Earl of Corwall - Lion rampant for Richard - 3 Leopards  for arms of England.

Important silver hawking ring (vervel) has the crest of the Hansard family and inscription which reads SR.WIL.HANSARD.
Found at Biscathorpe, Lincolnshire, Sir William Hansard of Biscathorpe was a benefactor of Caistor Grammar School in Lincolnshire, and of the same family who chronicle parliament, he died in 1631.
Comes with a wealth of paperwork.
